Cityfront Café offers a full menu of breakfast and lunch cuisine. The building also houses Espressamente illy, a unique Italian coffee shop in the southwest corner of the property. Espressamente illy is the first of its kind in Chicago, serving illy coffee, pastries, and evening cocktails. NBC Tower's functional floor plate design allows for a minimum of eight corner offices in the mid-rise section and as many as 12 in the high-rise. Full floors range from 18,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet in a virtually column-free design. This building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2009, 2010, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 for its operating efficiency. In 2014, this building was awarded LEED certification at the gold level, and in 2010 was awarded silver level certification by the US Green Building Council.

ENERGY STAR® Energy Star is a program run by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) that promotes energy efficiency and provides simple, credible, and unbiased information that consumers and businesses rely on to make well-informed decisions.
